We get to know each other

From the start, we invest the time to thoroughly understand your business, expectations and objectives, project deliverables, and requested expertise so we can select the right people for your engagement.

The search begins

Our experienced Talent Acquisition team utilizes a combination of specialized tools and resources to identify top talent. Resources include direct referrals, previous Accuro consultants, job boards, social media, alumni networks, trade events, and professional organizations.

We get picky

Once we have reviewed the resumes of sourced candidates, we then conduct an initial phone screen and have candidates complete a technical assessment, evaluating both hard and soft skills.

We get personal

We conduct in-depth interviews with our top candidates and assess skills and experience against your needs and objectives.

You’re set up for success

We facilitate final interviews between you and the top 2-3 candidates. Upon your selection of the final candidate, we extend the offer for employment, perform the onboarding process, and ensure employees have the tools and resources they’ll need in order to succeed in their positions.
