We consulted with management regarding current staff, benchmarked ideal employee skills and attributes, and developed a targeted recruiting strategy for identifying experienced and loyal prospective employees. We partnered with a $2 billion software company to develop a recruitment program to engage emerging sales and implementation talent. In only six weeks, our team developed the program strategy, tools and processes, and screened over 600 applicants to identify 150 qualified candidates for a high-potential training program. The first class completed the program in the summer of 2010 and Accuro’s second class was hired and trained in late 2011.
