The Story: Accuro was engaged by a $45 billion, global corporation as its exclusive provider of payrolling, independent contractor and contingent labor activities in North America.
Accuro developed and executed a seamless program strategy, including transition and communications plans for employees and their managers, to build employee engagement and streamline activities. We also worked closely with the 15 existing and streamline activities. We also worked closely with the 15 existing staffing vendors to onboard the employees to Accuro, without any disruption in employee engagement, pay or performance.
Success: Implementation was highly successful, without error, and all employees were transitioned within 30 days. The company continues to enjoy significant cost savings across the enterprise through Accuro’s streamlined pricing, billing and compliance processes for 200+ contingent workers.
